The official school hours are listed below. Please use the schedule below to ensure that your child arrives at school at the correct time.

Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-2:10PM

Kindergarten

Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-2:15PM

Grades 1-5

Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-2:20PM

Arrival & Dismissal

ARRIVAL

Pre-K: Students should enter the building via the Lexington Avenue doors on E. 95th Street. Parents will always escort children to their classroom at arrival and dismissal time.

​

Kindergarten: Parents should walk students to the door of the school building via the Lexington Avenue entrance on E. 95thStreet, upon where they will say goodbye to their child. Children will enter the building and walk to their classroom independently.

​

1st and 2nd Grade: Students should enter the building via the Lexington Avenue doors on E. 95th Street. Students will be directed to the Cafeteria to meet their classroom teacher.

​

3rd, 4th, 5th Grade: Students should enter the building via the Third Avenue doors. Students will be directed to the Auditorium to meet their classroom teacher. Third Avenue doors open at 7:45am.

DISMISSAL

Due to construction in our L shaped school yard, 2nd-5th grade classes currently dismiss in the large yard. Moving forward, please follow the following procedures:

​

• Pre-K classes continue to dismiss from their classroom.

• Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade will dismiss from the L shaped yard space.

• 3rd – 5th grade continues to dismiss from the large yard.  ALL 3rd-5th grade families should enter the large yard and wait by their class assigned location.  PLEASE DO NOT PULL YOUR CHILD FROM THE LINE.  THIS IS FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL CHILDREN.
