Report Your Absences
Families should report any absences through our Absence Reporting Form. This form will be shared continuously throughout the year and will also be posted on the website ps198m.org for easy access on any days your child cannot attend school. You will receive a copy of your response in your email inbox. If you would like to inform your child’s teacher directly about an absence/lateness, you may also email them or forward a copy of your survey responses.
Please note you may need to be signed into Google to use the form. If you can't log in, an email to your teachers/Raychel is fine. Thanks!
As a general flow of communication, please copy both your teacher(s) AND Ms. Raychel on all emails regarding absences/lateness/dismissal changes/approved pick up changes/after school program dismissals, etc.
