Here's what to bring on your visit:
2 CURRENT proofs of address (original documentation is needed – no copies please!)
Your child’s birth certificate or passport.
A copy of child’s health record from your pediatrician (if available).
Your child! Children must be present in order to pre-register for pre-kindergarten.
